I already have a will. Do I still need Verunara?
A will sets out who inherits what. It usually doesn’t say where your accounts, policies, documents and contacts can be found. Verunara is meant for that practical part and works alongside your will, not instead of it.
Is this only for after a death?
No. If you or your partner is in hospital, for example, the other person knows where to find policies, documents and contacts. Please note: the file does not give anyone the authority to act on your behalf. That requires a separate legal document, such as a power of attorney, under the rules where you live.
I find this a difficult subject. Where do I start?
With one topic, for example your most important contacts. Each page shows what you can fill in, so you don’t have to come up with anything yourself.
What exactly do I receive?
